By accessing Superviral's website or purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and accept responsibility for complying with any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or Services. The materials contained on this website are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf, to purchase or use the Services.

Use License

Superviral permits you to download or view a single copy of website materials for personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a limited license and does not transfer ownership of the materials. Under this license, you may not:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superviral makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability or likely results of using the website materials, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitations

Changes will apply from the date they are published unless otherwise stated. Where required by applicable law, Superviral will provide additional notice of material changes.

Our Privacy Policy
Your details and payments are protected by the following:

• The Superviral website is encrypted through a fully-secure Amazon-issued SSL certificate.
• Superviral does not store any of your card details.
• Card details and payments are processed externally by our payment provider.
• Your personal details are securely stored in our system through encryption.
• Only Superviral's internal team can access your personal details on Superviral system.
• Superviral's systems are restricted by IP address and multiple authorisations are required to access system.
• These authorisations are known only to Superviral's internal team.
• If you would like to remove all of your details from Superviral's systems, please contact Superviral with your email address, that is associated with your order. So Superviral can remove your details.

Payments and 30-day refunds policy:

By entering your payment details, you authorise Superviral's payment provider to charge the amount of your order using the payment method you have provided. Payments are processed securely by Superviral's external payment provider.

A fraudulent payment is a payment made using a card or other payment method without the authorisation or consent of the lawful cardholder or account holder.

Where Superviral reasonably believes that a fraudulent or unauthorised payment has been made, Superviral may cancel or withdraw the affected Services where technically possible, suspend access to the Services, block future transactions and take reasonable steps to prevent further misuse.

Where a payment is confirmed as unauthorised, Superviral may work with its payment provider and the relevant payment institution to return funds to the cardholder where appropriate and prevent the payment method from being used again through Superviral's payment systems.

Superviral offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Services provided by Superviral, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original payment date by contacting Superviral with the following details:

• Billing name

Refund requests made within this 30-day period will be processed for the full amount paid for the affected order. If more than 30 days have passed since the original payment, any refund will be considered based on the circumstances of the order and any rights available under applicable law. This refund policy does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Superviral offers one-off payments for followers, likes and views Services. Superviral does not store card details, and payments are processed by an external payment provider. Superviral performs recurring payments for its Automatic Likes service, and you will be notified by email whenever your card is charged.

All prices and payments on the U.S. version of Superviral are displayed and processed in USD (United States dollars), unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

Services:

Superviral is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in partnership with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform. If you use Instagram, TikTok or another social media platform, it is your responsibility to comply with the terms, policies and rules that apply to your account, together with any applicable laws.

Superviral does not guarantee that its website, servers or Services will always operate without interruption or technical error. Temporary interruptions may occur as a result of maintenance, technical issues, changes made by third-party platforms or circumstances outside Superviral's reasonable control.

Superviral's services offered comprise of the following:

Prices vary depending on the Service and package selected. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.

Account Authority

By submitting a social media username, profile URL or other account information, you confirm that you are authorised to request Services in relation to that account.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Superviral's website or Services to carry out unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Superviral's systems, request Services for an account that you are not authorised to use, abuse Superviral's refund, refill or promotional programmes, or use the Services to harass, deceive, impersonate or intentionally harm another person or account. Superviral also does not permit automated scraping or extraction of website content except where expressly permitted by Superviral or applicable law.

Suspension and Refusal of Service

Superviral may refuse, suspend or cancel an order or access to the Services where Superviral reasonably believes that an order involves fraud, unlawful activity, abuse of the Services, a breach of these Terms, a material risk to Superviral or a third party, or circumstances that make fulfilment technically impossible. Where Superviral cancels a paid order that has not been fulfilled and the cancellation is not caused by the customer's breach, fraud or misuse, any refund due will be handled in accordance with Superviral's refund policy and applicable law.

When placing an order with Superviral:

• Orders are normally processed immediately and automatically after payment.
• Orders are typically completed within 3 hours after payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, technical issues, third-party platform conditions or circumstances outside Superviral's reasonable control.
• Immediately after making payment, your order is covered by Superviral's 30-day refund policy.
• As Superviral only offers Services that require no physical delivery, there are no international or national shipping or export fees involved.
• If you are requesting a refund, or have any issues regarding Superviral's Services or your order, please view the "Payments and 30-day refunds policy" section.

Please be aware that if you place an order and subsequently change your Instagram or TikTok username, refill Services are only applicable to the original username provided at the time of ordering. Changing your username can create technical difficulties in identifying the original delivery and completing a refill under the new username.

We would like to bring your attention to the following:

Follower Engagement and Unfollowing: Superviral's Services may provide Instagram or TikTok followers. Followers may have their own interests and activity patterns, and some may choose to unfollow your Instagram or TikTok account over time. Superviral cannot guarantee that every follower will continue to follow your account indefinitely.

Liability for Follower Drops: Follower orders include a 30-day refill period starting from the initial delivery date. During this period, follower drops relating to the original order may be replenished at no additional cost, provided that the order remains linked to the original username supplied at checkout. After the 30-day refill period has ended, Superviral is not responsible for subsequent fluctuations or drops in follower count.

Algorithm and Policy Changes: Instagram and TikTok, like any social media platform, may update their algorithms, policies, features or enforcement practices from time to time. These changes may affect follower counts, engagement rates, account functionality and other account metrics. As these changes are outside Superviral's control, Superviral is not responsible for their direct or indirect effect on your account, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the above conditions. Your use of Superviral's Services is also subject to Superviral's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Disputes

For customers using the U.S. version of Superviral, these Terms are governed by applicable federal law of the United States and, where state law applies, the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal or state law.
