When will my order be delivered?+

We’ll start delivering your TikTok engagement order as soon as your payment is processed. If you’re experiencing issues with your order, please ensure that you have:

  • Provided the correct TikTok username
  • Not changed your TikTok username since placing your order
  • Allowed at least 24 hours for your order to be completed
  • Set your TikTok profile to public

If you’ve done all of the above and you’re still experiencing issues, please contact our customer care team. Our team is available 24/7 and is committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

I've provided the wrong TikTok username, how do I change it?+

If you’ve provided the wrong TikTok username, or changed your username after placing your order, your delivery may be delayed while we verify your information. If you’ve made changes to your account, please contact our customer care team to let them know the correct information.

Please note that if your account is set to private we may not be able to fulfill your order properly, as you must approve individual follow requests on TikTok. To ensure quick and seamless delivery, please keep your TikTok account public while we fulfill your order.

How often do my TikTok followers get refilled?+

Once your order is completed, our system will automatically assess your account every 12 to 16 hours to check for drops in followers. If a drop is detected, we’ll immediately replace these users to ensure you always have the amount of followers you paid for.

Why is my TikTok follower count dropping a bit?+

Losing followers on TikTok is totally normal, as individual users may deactivate their accounts, or TikTok users may choose to unfollow your account. We don’t always have control of this, especially if the followers you’ve lost weren’t delivered by us.

If you do see a drop in your followers, don’t worry. We offer a refill guarantee that automatically replenishes any lost followers within the first 30 days of your purchase!

I've changed my mind – can I change or cancel my order? +

As your order will begin immediately after your payment is processed, we unfortunately can’t make any changes or cancellations. If you no longer want the followers to show on your account, you can manually remove them within the TikTok app.

Can I customize my order? +

Our orders are already built to meet a range of needs. Each service (followers, views, likes, comments) is an individual order, so you can mix and match the ones you need. With our base packages, you can get as few as 50 followers or 10 comments—or up to 20,000 followers or 100 comments with our highest tiers. You can get as many as 50,000 views at a time if you want views.

You choose how many followers and how much engagement you want to purchase to build your community on Instagram. If you want a number that isn’t offered in our pre-built packages, contact our team.

Can I disable automatic refills? +

Yes—with Superviral, you’re in charge. If you want to disable or re-enable your refills for followers, follow these simple steps:

  1. Find your five-digit order number, which is included in your confirmation email. Make sure to check both your inbox and junk folder.
  2. Go to the "Track My Order" page on our website.
  3. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  4. Click the "Track Order" button.
  5. To disable refills, click the "Disable Refills" button under the "30 Days Auto-Refill Guarantee" section. To re-enable refills, simply click the same button.
I've changed my mind. Can I change or cancel my order? +

Please note that all orders begin immediately after payment is completed, and we’re unable to undo the delivery due to the rapid speed of our service.

If you no longer want the followers, you can manually remove them from your Instagram account.

  3. On this order, you can opt in for our free auto-likes.
  4. Enter your contact number to verify your identity, and you’re all set!
